We are proud to be a positive, inspiring and exciting place to work. We have a distributed leadership model which encourages all members of the team to work with autonomy with the decisions they make each day. Our team members take a child-centred approach to their work with students which is in line with our Trauma-Informed Restorative Approaches. Relationships are key to our working at Bloxham Grove Academy – we strive to build positive and honest relationships with our students to be able to support them with all aspects of their education.
